Core and Functional Strength
Core and functional strength are my passion! I believe this is the foundation of any fitness program, whether you are a competitive athlete, or simply want to be healthy and able-bodied.
Numerous studies have shown that regular resistance training actually slows the ageing process by improving and maintaining posture, muscle tone and bone density.
I offer special core strength training for post-natal recovery and toning.

It's essential to approach a strength program correctly, to prevent injury and movement dysfunction, and maximize benefit. *Each body is unique!* I will assess your movement patterns and individual areas of strength or weakness, and guide you toward your goals at an appropriate pace.
Stress Management
Even the most basic exercise lowers blood pressure, regulates breathing, relaxes muscle tension, and balances brain chemistry.
Having experienced high levels of stress, leading to anxiety and even depression, I've developed an arsenal of simple tricks for managing stress. If stress relief is one of your goals, I like to integrate a variety of techniques derived from yoga, basic meditation, Qi Gong and dance to balance breathing and relax the adrenal glands.
