Personal Training Services
Your first session is half-price, and includes a movement assessment and consultation.
Each body is unique! It's essential to approach a fitness program correctly and at the right pace, to prevent injury and movement dysfunction, and maximize results.
Personal training includes:
- Individualized fitness assessment (posture, movement patterns, current fitness level, specific strengths and weaknesses)
- Goal-setting and customized workout plan
- Body composition testing
- Nutrition assessment, guidelines and tracking (optional)
- 1 custom strength workout (w/details and photos - plus optional cardio work) per week, to use on your own
- Unlimited email support
Train where you like! Optionally, I can bring my training equipment to your home.

Nutrition
A smart nutrition plan is essential to a fitness program, whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, tone up, or increase energy. I'll help you sort out the hype surrounding how to eat well and be lean.
For in-depth analysis by a Registered Dietician, I highly recommend Kim Mueller of Fuel Factor. Kim designs realistic, effective programs for real people. Her expertise ranges from weight loss to pro-level sports nutrition.
Rates
Private, 1-on-1 Training
First session (w/assessment) is half-price ($20 for 30 minutes, $30 for 1 hour).
90-minute session: $85
1-hour session: $65
30-minute session: $40
5 1-hour sessions: $300 ($60/hr)
10 1-hour sessions: $550 ($55/hr)
Semi-private Training (2-4 per group)
1-hour session: $80
30-minute session: $60
5 1-hour sessions: $360 (save $40)
10 1-hour sessions: $720 (save $80)
All sessions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Travel Rates
Due to driving time and costs, nominal travel fees apply to sessions outside a 10-mile radius of Alga Rd., Carlsbad, 92009.
The rate shown is the total amount (for travel both ways).
Within 10 miles: FREE
11-15 miles: $10
16-25 miles: $15
26-40 miles: $30

Detailed, personalized, progressive workouts (strength + cardio + recovery) emailed to you (up to 8 per week), for sessions on your own: $50/week, or $200/month **
